He has given ‘The CSR Journal Pride of India Award 2023’.

India has an uncountable number of cricket talents. Fans across the globe have been inspired by them. Yuvraj Singh stands tall between all of them. Undoubtedly, as a cricketer, he is one of the best. An exceptional all-rounder like him has still not been found. In batting, bowling, and even in fielding, this superstar was greater than others. His stylish batting technique was soothing to watch. 

He played 304 ODIs and scored 8701 runs. His 6sixes in an over will be remembered in world cricket forever. From the Natwest final to the 2011 World Cup, the glorious chapter of Yuvraj Singh’s life was not over yet. After the 2011 World Cup, this southpaw was affected by cancer in the lungs. After that, he went through a long recovery process. In his way, he defeated cancer and came back to cricket. After that, he founded an organization called ‘YouWeCan’ where he helped cancer patients. This all-rounder never fails to inspire people.

An Award for Him:

Yuvraj Singh has been praised for his gesture over the years. Even after retiring from cricket, he is inspiring everyone every day. Another award was added to his bag. In the 6th edition of The CSR Journal Excellence Awards, he was awarded ‘Pride of India 2023’. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh was the chief guest. That event was organized on the Bombay Stock Exchange.

After receiving this award, Yuvraj Singh expressed his gratitude. On his social media handle, he wrote, “Humbled to be conferred by the Hon’ble Minister of Defence of India @rajnathsingh ji and Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra @mieknathshinde ji with the “Pride of India Award” by @thecsrjournal. I am deeply honored and grateful, and this award is a testament to the strength and resilience of those we serve through @YOUWECAN. We are committed to continue making a positive impact in the lives of those affected by cancer.”
